About

I graduated in 2012 with my B.A. in Psychology, in 2016 with my M.Ed in School Counseling and in 2019 with my Ed.S. in School Counseling, all from the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and my approach is caring and gentle, while also direct and solution focused. I hope to laugh along the way with you while we work together to reach your counseling goals! There is no "one size fits all" approach to counseling, as I use aspects of CBT, DBT, RO-DBT, Narrative, Person-Centered, and Expressive Arts throughout my work with clients. My belief is that my clients are the experts on their own lives, so we collaborate to determine which approaches and techniques will lead to the most success on their healing journey.
